If something was not perfect, he fixed it right away and made it look beautiful again. You can tell he truly cares about his work. Once construction began, Eric and his team set a very high standard. They were reliable, respectful of the space, and worked with a level of care that is not always easy to find. What stood out most was Eric’s attention to detail and his willingness to go beyond what was expected. For example, when a toilet tank cover had been damaged during earlier work and hadn’t been addressed, Eric took the time to fix it and restore it so it looked like new again. It was a small detail, but it was a testament to his willingness to step in and ensure everything was done the right way, especially in situations where others might have left it as is. When other items came up, they were addressed promptly and without hesitation, which reflects the team’s overall accountability. The final result shows a great deal of care and craftsmanship, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
After a flood destroyed our kitchen and bathroom, the Cernilli crew came out and helped us not only bring our kitchen and bath back to life…. But the helped us to freshen up the overall look and its 1,000x better! Their crew worked quickly and cleanly! I highly recommend!!
My experience with Cernilli was awesome! I would recommend them without hesitation. I had a mess from a sump pump issue with a lot of damage. They were efficient, patient with me, kind and got the work done quicker than expected! They redid floors, bathroom tile, replaced a sink and painted walls after they cut out damage and did sheet rock and plastered . Every worker was professional and informative . Chris the project manager checked in often and Elena the secretary always got back to me by phone or text. Rob Cernilli also managed to get back to me and answer any questions or concerns. They were also clean and neat leaving no mess for me !
The team did an amazing job on my kitchen and laundry renovation after water damage. They even walked me through insurance hoops! Big shout out to Eric who did amazing work! I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work from meeting with Brandon at the very beginning of my bathroom renovation to working with Eric and Mark, They were incredibly patient explained everything worked quietly cleaned up behind themselves every day and did their best not to disrupt our daily activities as they spent weeks, finishing up a complete gut of a bathroom, with new floor, tile, moldings, bath, walls and ceiling. I’ve never worked with a construction company that has been so both professional and amicable but also has such quality work standards. They communicated every day about the time they would arrive and they cleaned up immaculately. They were even great with my pet who loved them! Really appreciate their craftsmanship and their knowledge of the entire and very detailed process to renovate the entire bathroom. This company was very professionally do an excellent job on redoing our front doors. Tony over saw all the progress each day on our beautiful doors I would also applaud the crew that was his workers on this project friendly trustworthy crew I would recommend Cernilli construction again and will be using them on my next project thank you to the secretary who was professional as well communication was a 10 Thank you again 👍
